I'm getting a degree in computer science and rapidly approaching
graduation. I love all aspects of computers but do not want to get a
job PROGRAMMING. Can I have a good solid list of professions/careers
that are best suited with a BS in Computer Science that do not involve
strictly programming? A profession that includes some programming is OK.

You could go for system and network administration. This will still
involve some amount of programming, but probably less than a
developer's job. You would also need some certification courses to get
into this field.
