Depaul was ranked first in the entire nation in 1980-81-82 when top
seeds got a bye into the 2nd round, but lost to UCLA, St. Joe's, and
Boston College.

Tisdale was a first-team All-American in 1983, 84, and 85. Freshmen
were ineligible prior to 1973, except for certain wartime exceptions.

BTW...your strategy on this type of thing should be to just take a
chunk on the question and ask your search engine (Google??!!) to find
the EXACT match...

In the above case I searched for "three years in a row without winning
a game" as an exact phrase and found 3 hits 2 of which were from the
funtrivia site...then i just submitted the quiz to get the 'right'
answers back.

Please note...I did not go to the NCAA record books to verify that the
funtrivia site is correct.
