more than 100 additional medals.

Hello again,

I saw your latest comment, below, and realized that I misinterpreted
your earlier comment to mean you were looking only for medal-winners. 
The list of all participants is -- unfortunately -- a lot harder to
come by.

Perhaps I could suggest a different tactic.  If you could tell me the
name of the athlete of interest, I could search some old newspaper
files and the like for mention of his name.

You can get that list through this very service Google Answers. Just
pose the question:

What are the names and countries of orign of the male athletes that
competed in the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games?

Your question uses the word 'where' and not 'how'. So if you are
actually seeking a physical place that you can go to for this
information I would recommend the librabry of congress in washington,
or the Official archives of the German Government in Berlin. Of
course, once you know how to get it you can go to any computer
connected to the Internet and get it there too.

I only want to know the names and who won a medal of german male
athletes at the Olympic Games in Berlin 1936.

The name I'm looking for is not showing up in their medal winner
archive, so I may have to look into the list of all German male
athletes. I can't find it, they seem to have only the winners listed.

I found a book (432 pages, published in 1936) which seems to include
the names of the participants. Is this what you are looking for? This
book is in a German library, but it may be available elsewhere.
