I am trying to use this donated, old box at a non-profit site to
network a printer and save them a few $. The network uses Win 2000 &
XP machines on TCP-IP 10/100 cat5 cable. The box seems to work. It
will print out a config page and receives packets. I cannot find it on
the net, which is 192.168.x.x. I have done a cold reset and printed a
config page. Reports IP of 0.0.0.0, with 1 packet received, 26 packets
sent. The status light is solid green and the activity light blinks
about every 15 seconds. It has firmware version B.00.02
Any hope of getting this to work? The HP DLM cannot find it either.
Thanks for any help.
Tom
