I assume you are talking about a pc monitor. Another option is buying an lcd tv, which you could use with your computer and tv. Samsung, Sharp, and Sony are all good brands. TVs and monitors are designed to output at very different brightness levels (you tend to sit much further away from a TV than a PC) so it really isn't the best idea to use an LCD TV as a monitor for long term use. If you could supply a bit more information, such as budget and size (17" / 19") of the monitor then I'd be able to help a bit more (I've recently purchased a new LCD monitor myself so I'm aware of the best options on the market). |
