I assume you are talking about a pc monitor. Another option is buying
an lcd tv, which you could use with your computer and tv. Samsung,
Sharp, and Sony are all good brands.

I would check this out:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824001072

or this

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1648338&Sku=H94-1900

They are both high quality monitors that meet your requirements.

TVs and monitors are designed to output at very different brightness
levels (you tend to sit much further away from a TV than a PC) so it
really isn't the best idea to use an LCD TV as a monitor for long term
use.

If you could supply a bit more information, such as budget and size
(17" / 19") of the monitor then I'd be able to help a bit more (I've
recently purchased a new LCD monitor myself so I'm aware of the best
options on the market).
