This will give you the actual current time in other cities. Because
added to the GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) offset, for which a web page
can calculate time based on the server clock, one needs to know if DST
(Daylight Saving Time) is in use in a given country (and if so, when
summer time starts and stops) -- data that can change based on local
laws.
