I want to answer this because I think I can shed some insight. A good translation is "tahalouf al-hadarat"...it's almost a literal translations but the words are carefully selected. "Tahalouf" is Alliance. It is currently used to refer to the Iraqi Alliance that is the coalition that supported the US and invaded Iraq. "Hadarat" is standard term for civilizations. |
