How does the ?Job Creation Act of 2004? affects a US Investor?s
ability to hold a global portfolio. I frequently had additional
compliance requirements on foreign entities that I controlled and
foreign bank and brokerage accounts. Specifically the profits of the
foreign entities are added to the tax bill even if not paid out as a
dividend. Is that still the same?
