Hello, west94402-ga!
After some lengthy searching, I did not find any surveys or research
evaluating why prospective clients choose particular property
management companies. Obviously, this is a very competitive business
which relies heavily on referrals and intense marketing strategy.
I think I have come up with some helpful information in a "roundabout
way." I am reluctant to post this information as an answer until you
review it, however.
