Nothing.  It's a hoax.

However if one of the fields applied was high power microwaves at the
relevant frequency, they'd get cooked.

It is indeed a hoax --

Hutchison's own videos showed clear evidence of being a hoax -- string
in the corner of the screen moving at the same time a 'floating
object' moved is a great example.

Hutchison is a fraud whose works are unverified and not replicable for
anyone in the media today... think a mix between hippie and charlatan.
