I am trying to rent out my condo in chicagoland area to a section 8 tenant. Can you advise me of the pro's and cons of doing so and I am specifically wondering what obligations/problems there may be for a landlord who accepts Section 8 tenant. Anyone with previous experiences please add your comments. |
