Hello Kay,

Thanks for keeping me in mind on this question.

I've been following the Dr. Hatcher postings with considerable
interest...there are clearly a number of folks out there like yourself
with serious concerns about his performance in court. It seems like a
good idea for you all to hook up and share information.

From what I gather, you're looking for details from local legal cases
in several Illinois counties. Most of the cases that have been
discussed are NOT available to me online, so I have no way to review
them.

The ONLY case information I've found about Dr. Hatcher online are these cases:

--In re Marriage of De Bates
--Trettenero v. Police Pension Fund
--Tawrel v. Patterson
--Divelbiss v. Divelbiss
--In re Marriage of Henry
--In re Marriage of Kerman
--Leggett v. Kumar
--In re Marriage of Engelbach
--People v. Rutkowski
--In re Marriage of Anderson

I've already provided information about the Patterson case.

As always, I stand ready to summarize the information from all these
cases regarding Dr. Hatcher as an answer to your question...you only
need to give me the 'go ahead' and I'll do so. Be aware, though, that
in most of these cases, there is only brief reference to Dr. Hatcher's
work.

I guess there is no reason for you to pursue this without each case
number. FYI, Hatcher was sued by the state of Illinois a few yrs.
ago. I would be interested in seeing that case. I can go to each
courthse. and copy the cases in full, if we can obtain the case
numbers. If you can't dig any deeper you might as well lay low.
Thanks for the response.
