You are asking about Ontario Government income so I am going to focus on the OPP...

Municipal police forces 'share' the revenue with the Ontario Govt ...
I haven't tracked down a Ont Gov't document yet that has this
number...have you tried contacting your MPP? Here is what I found on
the OPP anyway.

In 2004 Total OPP Traffic Violations were:
Speeding 263,777
Impaired 11,138
Seatbelt 36,502

They do not have a category for parking as that would generally fall
under Municipal Policing (so would alot of the above too since the OPP
only covers the major highways and selected municipalities that 'rent'
thier services).
Source: http://www.opp.ca/bplan/english/oppplanen2005.pdf

According to these people...98% of traffic ticket revenue in Ontario
is speeding related : Source :
http://www.motorists.com/ma/speeding.html

Now in Ontario the fines are such per KM
(source:http://www.ontariocourts.on.ca/ontario_court_justice/set_fines/schedule_43.htm)
approx:

1- 19 $ 2.50
20-34 $ 3.75
35-49 $ 6.00

so lets say the AVG person is caught in the middle at 34km over the speed limit...
34*3.75=$127.50
Now multiply this by 263,777 and you get 33.6 million dollars.

Again..this is just a guesstimate based on above and is ONLY the
OPP...remember that most traffic/speeding tickets are NOT given out by
the OPP!

Hope this helps in some small way!
