I'm trying to get a translation for the following two phrases, from
English to Inuit:

1. Licks himself in public
2. Butt (rear) sniffer

Yes, they are strange phrases, but I am getting another Malamute, and
thought it would be humorous to have Inuit words for a name.

An acceptable answer would include:

1. Spelling (in latin characters) of Inuit words.
2. Phonetic key on how to pronounce the words/phrases.
3. Breakdown of the words vs the requested phrase (i.e. English phrase
- Rainy days and Mondays, Inuit - Schnizzle yada fernsher (Schnizzle =
Monday, yada = "water from the sky", fernsher = "during the time of
the sun")) I know that in normal translation a one-to-one word
substitution is highly unlikely, due to sentence structure, etc., so
I'd like to know what it is I'm saying (as close as possible).
4. Bonus Points for an audio file that contains the phrases.

Well, I am sure his actions are very honourable, but they still seem
very odd phrases to use in everyday conversation
