Are there websites where I can recruit someone with a masters in
finance, or an MBA? Specifically that type of person. I dont want
general sites like Hotjobs/Monster/Careerbuilder.

James --

Had you thought of the business schools themselves? Today most MBAs
have 3-5 years of work experience before going back to school.

I've hired from and even been involved in using interns from the
University of Chicago, one of the top-ranked Finance programs:
University of Chicago Graduate School of Business
Placement Office

Thank you, yes I am trying those, I am just being lazy not wanting to
go through the separate schools :)
