For "State Street Bank", I want to find a url showing the stock symbol
and exchange before "STT" at "NYSE" and the date of the change.

According to this page at the NYSE they started trading on Feb 14 1995...

Here is a link to an abstract from the Boston Herald that refers to
the State Street Boston Corp (Which I beleive was the holding
name/company for State Street Bank at the time) with a ticker of STBK.

Here is a response frome the State Bank Information people that I
emailed on your behalf:

The stock was listed as NMS which is a HUGE topic...
