Since you say you need to advertise without spending money, here are
the three FREE ways you might advertise online:

1) Write pertinent articles on the subject and include a link in the
byline to your site and submit those articles to article markets;
2) Visit web forums related to real estate and/or finances, put your
link in your signature file and visit the forums daily;
3) Visit traffic exchanges, such as traffic swarm, which offer their
members free advertising in exchange for looking at others' ads. You
can build up credits by viewing ads for a 1/2 hour or hour a day.

There is also:
4) FFAs (Free For All), also known as free classified ads-- there are
also programs that will submit ads automatically to hundreds of these
sites, usually for a small, one-time fee to buy the program.
5) Free Banner Exchanges, though I haven't tried them, can be a
solution if you have the control to edit your site (you don't say
whether or not you do).

Also, if you need a website, try getting a blog instead, which is
usually free but will allow the kind of link that can bring these ads
together.
