I am assuming that you need the album containing the song "Mama" as
sung by Heintje. Heintje, a boy singer, was Dutch by birth. He became
a sensation in the 1960s singing songs in the German language.

"Heintje
 Born Hein Nicolaas Theodoor Simons
 in Bleijerheide, Holland
 on August 12, 1955

Known best as a singer, Heintje topped the music charts in West
Germany in the late 1960's. He made several movies as well."

"Mama," along with 15 other Heintje hits, is available on CD:

Amazon.com: Das Beste Von Heintje [IMPORT]

If Amazon, Tower, and eBay are not convenient for you, many used LPs
and CDs are available through MusicStack:

Musicstack: Heintje "Mama"

My Google search strategy:

I hope this is exactly what you're looking for. If it is not, please

Thanks for the links, but, I need the english versions of his albums
instead of the german. Now that I know how to spell the name I have
been digging around online. I found a cd with "mama", but he had some
other ones out like "I'm your little boy" and "Grandma's rocking
chair" that I have been unable to locate. Your help would be greatly
appreciated.

Heintje's English recordings are not as plentiful as the ones sung in
German, but I have found some options for you.

The Polydor album "I'm Your Little Boy" contains songs such as"I'm
Your Little Boy," "Little Children, Little Sorrows," "Two Little
Stars," and "In Grandma's Rocking Chair." Here's a picture of the
album cover:

Several online merchants offer the LP:

Another Heintje LP in English includes "You Are The Best Of All,"
"Mama," "A Mother's Tears," "Every Sunny Saturday," "How Do I Love
You," and other songs:

Your description of the record album that had a photo of Heintje in a
tuxedo was probably this album, from MGM Records:

http://www.musicstack.com/item/167486697/heintje/mama

http://www.musicstack.com/item/302714108/heintje/mama

Hope this helps!

I've found another possibility for the tuxedo picture. This is the
album cover from "You Are the Best of All," mentioned above:

Here's a list of the songs sung in English on the Heintje albums "I'm
Your Little Boy" and "You Are the Best of All":

A bunch of wild field flowers
A happy led
A mothers tears
All your truth and and all your loving
Dreams for me and dreams for you
Every sunny saturday
Giddy up my pony
Good old ding dong
Hey mister
How I do love you
I remember mothers words
I would like to have a little fiddle
If I could be a sailorman
I'm your little boy
In grandma's rocking chair
Let te sun shine
Little childeren
Mama
Only memories are our best friend
The happiest day
Those happy times
Two little stars
When high from the sky
When the summer comes
You are the best of all

to pinkrreud-ga, you are unbalieveable!! kuto's for you. i want to
thank you so much. i'm 61, i bought that record for me, them my dad
came over and asked him to sit down and listen to this album. he did,
and as he was doing so his eyes were closed and tears flowed down his
face. i got a tissue and dabed his face. i flipped the 33/1/3rd, and
again he cried.i said well who found the best record now?? it was
something we did, to see who could find the best one. if you have the
chance to buy this record, do so, it will melt your heart. this album
was all black, mama was written at the top in white , and little hinji
standing so proud with a tuxido on. that's the one i'm talking about.
my dad asked me where i found it, i told him we were driving comming
home from a vist, ands i saw a sign that said thousand's of albums. i
said to my husband let's stop in and see what they have.after i looked
at a few, my eye's landed on this little boy with a tuxido on and
looking like a little angel. jack ( my husband ) said what do you have
there i said i don't know? but i'm going to buy it. he said why? you
don't know how he sings. i said i don't know, but i just have to. my
dad asked me to take him to this place so we went right back there. my
dad bought every one of his record's. my dad speakes german, so he
bought all the german one's to. i bought another one, same as before,
i thought if something happens to one i still have one to back on.dad
also bought it. years went by, i had a fire that took all my albums,
pictures you know what i mean. soon after my dad died, my step
mother, ( from hell ) was going through his things. my sister donna,
took the album to keep it until she came up to visit. she gave me the
album and started to cry. how much my dad loved that record. i put it
away, hid it, i couldn't bring myself to play it. i have a 6 bedroom
house, plus the rest of the room's. well after 25yrs i thought i think
you can handle it now dolores. so i looked for it, iyr turned into 2
then 3 i've lost it whitch brought me to you. thank you from the
bottom of my heart. i know that i will cry, that's a given, but i'll
think of dad and say gotcha dad. i wish i could hug you, but that
would be syber s.....x wouldn't it? if you would like to say anything
else my email number is ( bendar2@itol.com ) now off i go to shop
thanks to you.

I'm pleased to have been able to help you find a record that means so
much to you! I have heard Heintje, and his sweet voice has a timeless
quality to it. I hope the record will bring you many happy memories.
