Dear katmandu,

Could you please clarify to what period of Pancho Villa's life your
question refers? Between 1914 and 1916, Villa was leader of up to 1500
men. I doubt that any source lists the complete names of these
fighters.

I would like to the history of one of Poncho Villas men.  His name is 
MARIANO LOPEZ.

Doroteo Arango was Pancho Villa's real name, and may help in your
search. (My Mexican friends tell me that knowing Villa's REAL name is
how one can determine an authentic Mexican!I am told, perhaps
tongue-in-cheek, that Mexican border guards will ask people with no
identification what Villa's real name is. IF they know, they are truly
Mexican, and are let through (back into Mexico)

Might his full name be Mariano Lopez Ruiz.
If so, I notices that such a person has papers in the Paul Felder collection.
