There is a list of Universal Words - This list includes words that are used universally with the same (and only) meaning and are not used to describe any other thing. Also, no other word refers to the same thing. e.g. Chocolate, Bikini (I think), etc. Ohers like: Taxi, are not included because there are other terms used in may countries to refer to the same things Question. Where can I find it? I found it in the web years ago, but can't find it anymore, even using google. | |

Damokles This question has been around for a while so I assume that the chances to get it answered are now very low. I have seen people (e.g. Cynthia including URLs in the post, so I assume you can do so. This is an philosophical topic that is inteseting to me and probably to a broader audience. If you have something I will appreciate it Cynthia. Thx also for the post - it is not what I am looking for. Rgds....e |
