I am looking for a complete list of offline casinos. This should not
be too hard to get. The list should be in the following comma
deliniated format:

Casino name,casino website url,country

For example:

Caesars Palace,http://www.caesars.com,USA
Bellagio,http://www.bellagioresort.com,USA

Please ensure that the URL is in the same format for each url:
http://www.url.com NOT www.url.com NOT http://www.url.com/

worldwide list of land based casinos in the format you need.

Hi gimarket,

I have found several directories with listings of worldwide land
casinos. To compile the data requested, I would have to click through
each one in search for a website (if there is one available) and/or
search for each website individually. This research would take at
least 4-5 days and would not be worthwhile for the price offered.

For the price offered, I can provide you with a list of these casinos,
the country it is located in, and the url of the websites I found this
information in.
