I am looking for information from a credible 3rd party source about
online conversion rates for the homebuilding industry. By a credible
3rd party source, I mean a large, national homebuilder, a recognized
industry association or research entity, etc. By conversion, I mean
taking some action to create communication once landing on a site via
natural or paid search, such as filling out a request for more
information form. Specifically, I am trying to deduce whether a 10%
conversion rate at a $3.50 cost per lead is realistic. |
