particular, CRM licensing revenues for 2005 (and/or 2004) for the
following countries: Australia, Brazil,Central Europe, China, Germany,
Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands,Portugal, Southern Africa, Spain, UK

To clarify, I mean licensing revenues for the major CRM systems, e.g.,
SAP, Seibel, salesforce.com, etc...Or even just licensing revenues for
SAP's CRM system by country: Australia, Brazil,Central Europe, China,
Germany,
Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands,Portugal, Southern Africa, Spain, UK

I believe CRM means Customer Relations Management... I hated it when I
asked a colleague what it meant, and she said, 'what, you don't know?'
These acronyms do get troublesome when people expect you to know them
psychically.
