Trying to find company name and website that I'd found and lost a
while ago... The company specializes in providing currency exchange
(financial services) for international development and non-profit
companies.  I think the company is based in central/south Florida.  As
an aside, the company website also works in international debt relief.
 Final thought: I think I found the site by clicking through affiliate
websites listed on either http://www.ctrc-cmed.org/links.asp or
