I need a list of top 100 - or more - GLOBAL construction management
firms (both at-risk and for-a-fee). I'm specially interested in CM
firms from South Africa, UK and Ireland.
I already have lists of top 100 CM firms in the US. What I want is a
list with top CM firms from NON-US countries, espcially SOUTH AFRICA,
UK and IRELAND.

For those who don't know what a construction management firm is, let
me clarify the concept.

When it's hard for a construction company X to handle its projects,
because they are too many, too big, etc, they ask a construction
management firm for help. The construction management firm manages the
project of company X, using company X's resourses. The contract
between the two can be in either of the 2 following forms:
1) For-a-fee CM (also called agency CM), where the CM firm takes a
specified fee for managing the project.
2) At-risk CM, and here the CM firm gets a percentage of the profits (or losses.)

CM is sometimes called Program Management when CM firm is going to
manage many projects for the same client, and when the involvement in
the project(s) starts early in the project life (before the signing
the project contract.)

Many large construction companies offer CM services.

The sort of list I'm seeking is a sorted (by revenues) list with top
(as many as possible) companies that do offer CM services.

You can find such lists for the US:
Top 100 US CM firms for-a-fee
http://enr.construction.com/people/topLists/topCmFee/topcmfee_1-50.asp
Top 100 US CM firms at-risk
http://enr.construction.com/people/topLists/topCmRisk/topcmrisk_1-50.asp

I'm sure the list is there somewhere on the net. :o)

Thanks.
