open up your image editor and enter the text using the text edit tool. Now export the image as a jpeg |

From your favourite text editor select File -> Print. In OSX's print dialog click PDF then Save as PDF. Give it a name and save it somewhere, e.g. Desktop. Open up your just created PDF in Preview and then select File -> Save As. Select the filetype JPEG then click Save. |
