Right now I am doing some researches in the effect of ERP systems (SAP
in specific) in the organizations and their management

Looking at this subject from the bigger picture and analyzing the
change Before/After in thier Structure, Environment, Rules,
Bureaucracy? and also in the other aspect of the organizations.

-What are the effects of ERP systems (with SAP will great) in the
organizations and their management?
-Is there any good references or resources!? (books, articles, web
sites or periodicals) for this kind of topics!

I think my question is not that clear :)

let me try to add some clarification,

my main point is to see some studies or research in the impact of ERPs
/SAP in the organizations (Organizational Environments, Bureaucracy,
Organizational growth, lifecycles, Organizational Culture,
Organizational Design and Effectiveness).
