Help! I need to find a technical support service by phone for a pre-paid year (+ or -) that can "walk me through" trouble shooting and repairing problems. I have several computers in a home office (since Hurricane Katrina destroyed my office in New Orleans) and I regularly have all kinds of computer issues. Currently I have a real head-ache issue with one computer which is giving me all kinds of error messages and, new today, won't recognize the super G wireless MIMO card I installed today. Ideally, someone or some companies (like consumer reports or some IT magazine(s)) have researched what tech support companies are out there, know what they are doing, and charge reasonable rates (preferably unlimited over time periods, e.g., one year, or some other modestly priced way of being a reliable go-to source for help). Thanks! |
