hi, i am new to my place of work and we are using windows xp.  on some
of my files there is something that looks like a recycle arrow on my
files and directories.  this is only on some of them.  my it guy is
home now and wont be back until tuesday, so im hoping someone knows
this answer.  what do the arrows signify?

There's nothing to worry about. This is the offline files icon. I've
gathered some information for you.
