PROBLEM: I can't have access to the internet through my programs. All the links (for download,information or other) in all my programs are not working.I click the link and absolutely nothing happen. I have no problem with internet explorer exept in the address bars, just before the adress in letter(http:\\...), i don't have the usuall web logo,I got the (windows can't not open this file) logo. Information: I have norton antivirus 2005(I don't now how to turn it off if I have to). my windows firewall is off in my windows firewall settings.in my windows security center: virus protection and firewall are ON. I got windows xp sp2. thanks... |

Turn off Nortan internet security feture in ur pc. You can do this using nortan antivirus configuration window. continue with good works Buddhika |
