I have lost my birth certificate.   The hospital I was born in
(California) has been destroyed along with all records.  I have lived
in the U.S.A since birth ( I am over 50 years old)  How do I get a
certificate of citizenship?  Ultimately my goal is to get a Passport
to visit Europe.
