Hello, I am looking for a list of 18 hole walking golf courses in the state of Hawaii. In particular I am looking for nicer resort or private courses rather than municipal courses. 9 hole courses are not useful. The courses don't need to exclude playing with golf carts, but walking should be considered acceptable at all times. Courses on the Big Island, Maui, and Kauai would be extra appreciated. | |
