As a person living in the state of texas, with disabilities,receiving
SSI and medicaid at my age of 52, I wish to know if there is a way
that I can legally marry an 84 year old man with a heart problem and
his only source of income is from social security and a small pension
from texas retirement system,totaling 1,235.00 a month,and still be
able to retain my disability benefits. without these benefits it will
be impossible to pay our medical needs and living expenses. please
help us.

Your disability is not tied to anything of his.  To set your mind at
ease why not call the the SSA and ask them?
