I need proof that there exists an instance where a child was born
without or lost a hand, and that his foot was removed and attached to
his wrist.
The instance needs to have occurred in the last 20 years, and the
website(s) offering proof need(s) to have an air of legitimacy and
must include images of the person.

It would really need to be his whole foot, not just some fingers.
