What color is prettier, blue or red?

I imagine that you are asking this question for fun, and your life
does not depend on the answer. It is hard to regard any colour (or
color to you) in isolation as "pretty"; and certainly not a strong red
or strong blue. However, some people might think of a pale blue or
pale red (ie pink) as being pretty, especially perhaps pink because of
its association with girls and women.
