Need link to page w online guide to adding my website to Trusted Sites

This guide would show an end user how to properly set their browser to
be able to use all the features of my web site.

My site requires that security level be set lower then default. Here
is what I mean.
- If you are using IE, add it to your trusted sites and set cookies
such that it always accepts them for my site. Same for the Mac ver of
IE and the mac ver of safari.
- If you are using FireFox, it needs to be added to the lists of sites
that can Install Software, Allow Popup windows, Allow cookies
- The guide should also help you figure out what browser you are using
and what ver.
- It needs to be very simple, so even novice users can make the
changes needed to view my webpage properly.

What I DO NOT need is:
- flash or shockwave installation
- and plug-in installed
- linux or related browsers.

I don?t have time to make this guide, so I just want to be able to
have a link to a guide on some other site. I am sure lots of other
people have solved this problem before, so I don?t want to have to
reinvent the wheel.

OPTIONAL:
You might also through in some sample verbiage on what this link
should be called. What I mean is something like this:
?Click here to learn how to configure your browser to work with this
webpage?, or something to that effect. How do other websites handle
this problem? What text can the link have? What is a concise way of
saying this?

thanx in advnce,
