I accidentally sync(copy) an empty contact list from my computer to my
HP Ipaq contact list. I like to know 'is it possible to recover the
contact list in my HP Ipaq that was copied over?' If so, how can I get
it back and where can I obtain software to recover myself.

Thanks

Alex,

Depending on how the device is set up to sync with your computer, you
might still have a copy of the contact sheet somewhere on the hard
drive of your home/office computer. Some PDA's can be set up so that
changes to the data within them are reflected within the host
computer's analgous data on the next sync. So, if you simply copied
the file over to your PDA, it might still reside on the host drive. If
you have not already done so, search your drive for the overwritten
file. If not, well then, good luck. I hope someone produces a viable
solution for you.
