I have a jpeg image from a digital camera and when i move my mouse
over the picture i get the details of when it was taken. how do i get
that to print on the picture?

Put your mouse over the picture (just barely inside the border).  Hit
"Print Screen" on your keyboard.  Open up paint (Start
Menu->programs->accessories->paint).  You can also use any other
graphics program.  Now go to edit menu then to paste.  Now you can
delete all the extra stuff and you are left with the picture that you
want to print.  Go to file->print.
