I have training lessons created by screen capture lotus and I want to
convert them to MPEG4 with MP3 audio.
What is the best software to do this?

winMPG can do video, goldwave can do the audio, and multiquence can
reassembled converted audio and video.

In the future to avoid such complications try another screen recorded
like riverpast which let you select the codecs from the beginning.
