I need to prove to my company that a proposed project is capital. It
consists of computers and outside labor to install the computer
software, which is the Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory
Services, file and print sharing, etc. The labor cost is being
disputed. Need references to support the fact that the labor in
conjunction with the computers is a capital expense. The final
product will be used for 5 years or more.
