I realize this site does not give legal advice--this is truly just a
factual inquiry to jumpstart my own legal research.  Can you tell me
if there is any commentary out there regarding one party's right to
dismiss its arbitration claim without prejudice, either under the
Federal Arbitration Act or Illinois law?  It is key that it's the
arbitration being dismissed (or a claim therein) and that the
dismissal is without prejudice so that the party can refile later if
need be.
