If you live in England, try the Salvation Army.

However, even if they find your father, they will not give you his
address.  It would be up to your father as to whether he wishes to
contact you.

They offer great service and there is 2 weeks trial... you won't lose
anything and their cancellation is super easy and simple.  There is
always someone to answer your calls not an automated machine like most
companies.

I tried them and I never seen a customer serive or people trying to
help with a friendly tune like them. Unfortunately, they don't cover
the country I wanted.

However, they have a HUGE database mainly in the US and several
European contries, you can check online the countries they are
covered.

I recommend you give them a try or even give them a call and see
yourself how they can help :)
