This falls under Corporate Finance.
(1) Can the operating cash flow be paid out in dividends? If yes or no, why? 
(2) If no new investments were made in net fixed assets or net working
capital, and no new stock was issued during the year, what does this
mean or do to a company's long-term debt account?
(3) If a firm's net income is in the negative where it is operating at
a loss, are they still required to pay taxes?
