I am doing some stock market simulations, and need to introduce
some subjective measures into the data.

The question... What were the "top 10 growth stocks" for someone
sitting in January 1st 1994 prognosticating about the coming year?
That is NOT the same perspective as someone sitting in Dec 31st
looking back at the year's performance. Also these are not simply
the largest or most popular stocks, but stocks recommended by a
leading stockpicking publication as a way to beat the market in
the long term.

An easy way to answer this is to find a back issue of the Investor's
Business Daily or other similar publication.

Hi,
I've located an article in which four top analysts each pick 10 stocks
for 1994 (e.g., 40 stock picks total). The article is from a leading
business magazine. Would this meet your needs?

Yes, that would do it. I assume you'll include the article (or link
to it) and a summary of your search method.
