Other than dell.be, I'm looking for a site that can sell me a laptop
as described above with WIFI and a dvd burner, for less than 1000
euros. Acceptable would be sites in other countries (like Germany)
that will ship to Belgium.

The low price options on dell.be don't give you the option of a QWERTY
keyboard when you do the final customisations.

Hi,

Please try give them a call on 02.711.9587 and ask them for what you
want. Insist a bit if they won't let you get a QWERTY on a particular
model. The salesperson will match the online price as well.

You could also try emailing Dell outlet UK at: dell_uk_outlet@dell.com

Describe your problem completely and I'm sure they'll be able to help
you. Everything in Europe is shipped out of Ireland, even for Belgium
parts, so there shouldn't be a hike in the shipping price.

Try compaq.de, it's a redirect to HP in Euros and you should be able
to customize your notebook to your liking for less if not the price
you are looking for.

it's in German, bit of a stuggle. Also it seems all the cheapie models
are out of stock at the moment.
