That isn't the error, it's just the temporary file Windows creates when sending an error report to Microsoft. When and in what program does the error appear? |

Sorry, I should've been more specific. Does the error occur with all DVDs you've tried, and what program are you using to play them? |

I have a new laptop and the video programs are WinDVD ans Windows Media Player. When I put a store bought DVD in the drive it says it has encountered a problem and will be shut down. When I play home recorded DVD's it's fine. |
