Can you find an article or several articles in which someone describes
how really affordable California Community Colleges are, and how
affordable California colleges and universities are in general when
compared to the rest of the country.  If this could include comparison
to other countries, that would be a plus, but not vital.
I need some facts and figures with a good summary to dispel the
notion that education in California is overpriced, which it is NOT (I work at a
community college and I am constantly amazed at how much we offer for
almost nothing ! ).  As I see it, tuition is not really even going up,
because really the education is SUBSIDIZED by taxpayers; so the SUBSIDY
is just going DOWN -- if you can find a discussion about that, this
would also help.
