The Israeli postal service has the most unfriendly,
Mozilla-incompatible site in the universe. The reason why they have a
.com suffix is unclear (Israeli sites usually have a co.il suffix).
Heavens forbid that they'll have their postal-code services in
language other than Hebrew (given that Arabic is one of the country's
official languages, this is even more sad).

No wonder you couldn't have found it.
