Hello

I need to know:

1) What are the requirements and what's the procedure to start an
Offshore Hedge Fund (i.e. in Bermuda)? Please provide details from
several countries where it would be best to do this.

2) Can we enroll U.S. investors in this offshore hedge fund? What
would be need (license, registration, etc.) to be able to enroll U.S.
investors in this fund?

3) What are the legal requirements to enroll investors from other
countries (like England or Brazil)? Do we have to register on each
country?

I'm very interested in getting all the legal stuff right.

Thank you.

I think you need a very high-priced international law firm.
