I have a room mate that has not paid rent for months in Orlando FL and
refuses to leave.  My name is the only name on the lease.  How can I
get her to leave??

If her name isn't on the lease than she has no claim with the
landlord. The only claim she would have would be with you. If you and
she signed a contract regarding sharing expenses then you should refer
back to that. If her nonpayment violates it, as I would assume it
does, you can terminate it for breach of contract. If you do not have
any signed agreement with her, you can simply tell her to get out.
Tell her that she is no longer wanted and is trespassing. Give her a
reasonable deadline to leave by. If she is still there after the
deadline, call the cops for trespass.

Mybe these sites can help.  Since it appears that you do not have a
written sublease contract with her, I assume the conditions for an
oral contract apply.
If your own lease contract does not specifically allow you to have a
second person in the apartment, maybe the landlord could help you
motivate her by threatening action against you, but of course, that
has the risk of his actually following through.  Anyway, here are the

Not much consolation, but here in the UK you'd be able to just throw
her out on the street.
